The description of the product was given well in detail. They keep showing offer on a particular product as I have shown in the picture.

Now after choosing the bad, I added it to my cart. With easy checkout option, I could enter all my addresses and other details.

After adding all my details, I proceeded to the payment method and I was happy to see safe payment gateways including Credit Card / Debit Card / Net Banking / UPI. Qtrove also provides the Cash On the Delivery mode of Payment.

Customer Service and Delivery:

Just after I placed the order I got one Email saying my order is placed and will be received by me in next 2 days. All the details and the product information were clearly mentioned in the email.

I got my bag exactly at the stipulated time as stated in the email. The packaging was done the full proof in a cardboard box to ensure the safety of the product.

The Quality

Quality of the product is Excellent and is exactly same as in the picture. I just love the bag and could not wait to flaunt it. For the very first time, I have seen something which is 100 %matching the picture.

Customer support

Customer Support was very good. The status of my packet or product in transit was kept coming in my Email inbox and via SMS.
